We went to Bartlesville this weekend for Mike's high school reunion. Mike enjoyed seeing several of his good friends from high school. Joanna enjoyed a visit with her friend Suzanne and meeting some of Mike's high school friends. Suzanne's little girl was fascinated with Mark and gave him kisses and tickled his feet. Mark gave his Granny, Grandpa, and Great Grandma smiles. It was a wonderful weekend. Mark continues to grow and is doing a lot of kicking, smiling, and using a lot more sounds.

What a great week-end! The best part, of course, was having little Mark and his parents here! I look at the picture of Mike and his friends and nearly cry -- these were also "my kids" during high school! If I have identified #4 correctly, we have (L to R) a surgeon/ER physician, married to an internist, and three engineers, whose mothers were very good friends of mine. The "mommy network" was the most reliable source of everything when the boys were in high school in "Cleaverville" Oklahoma. Sadly, two of the mothers are now deceased. They would be SO proud of these guys and their wives and children! What wonderful and melancholic memories for me!
Actually, the guy on the right is Ben, an attorney...
